Shipping & Delivery - Contact Info
All retail caps are in stock and will ship on Tuesday of the week following your order (sometimes on Friday as well). You can expedite this process by e-mailing us at the address (firstname.lastname@example.org) under the contact button on the left side of the home page. Shipping is via U.S. Postal system (USPS) Priority Mail and you will receive an e-mail from them with your tracking number and expected delivery date once the parcel has entered the USPS system. Usual time in transit is 2-3 days. In the rare event that a cap is out of stock an e-mail will be sent to you explaining the expected delivery date and other options.
All returns must be in orginal condition and in our hands within 60 days of order. They should be posted to the address below unless other instructions are provided. Please include a note requesting another size, style or refund.
