KANSAS CITY 1955
Mostly our fictional caps have been drawn from classic baseball novels, poems and films. This issue puts a whole new spin on fictional. When big time baseball got to Kansas City in ’55 the contentious move caused a late start. Baseball cards of the team couldn’t keep up and designed a cap of their own. Hence a fictional one, never worn on the field and which, if one looks closely, was the handsomest of the year. All Navy 12 oz. Round Wool Crown, White Button, Red Eyelets and Navy 3” Visor, Leather Sweat Band, White and Red Embroidered Interlocking Letters.
